Banko Media has worked with mcCallumSather for several years as photographic services provider. Our assignments have ranged from the creation of libraries of images that promote their core services of architecture, interior design, engineering and architectural conservancy work. In 2016 they approached Banko Media to help refresh their identity and to create a website that would better define their scope of services while elevating their user experience. The new identity was designed to broaden the perception of their brand with new and existing clients and to clearly communicate their strength as a growing, integrated design team with services that go well beyond architecture, engineering and interior design.
The distinctive green field represents the firm’s foundation in environmentally based sustainable design – a core value that has informed their work since the firm’s inception 20 years ago, and continues to underscore all that they do. The firm retains the names of its founders, but combines them into one – taking the name beyond just the collection of many, to a singular team identity committed to creating transformative environments. Finally a twisted “e” in the Sather name introduces movement and a playful element.
The new website is content rich with tightly integrated social media elements and was designed to engage a broader audience, and better communicate what mcCallumSather does, how they impact their community, the region and their industry at a national level.
Now that the site is complete Banko Media’s team continues to work with mcCallumSather to create ongoing project profiles and content that explores the landmark projects and ever evolving story of the firm.
